The Yamaha XT was undoubtedly a motorcycle landmark of the 80s. It was made in numerous versions featuring different chassis solutions and different engines. All the bikes, however, were united by a clear off-road / enduro vocation. Among the most famous, equipped with the most powerful single cylinder engine available, the XT 600 Teneré. A special version, the "660", was created from the motorcycle sold on the market, to compete successfully with the Paris-Dakar Rally and the Pharaohs. It adopted an oversized engine with a displacement of 634 cc, improved Ohlins suspension, dedicated oil and air filters to better adapt to climatic conditions and a large tank that characterized its very "muscular" and captivating design.
