Power Grunt Hobbies cannot be held responsible for items which have been lost or damaged in transit.
All order's will be sent through Australia Post or Fast Way depending on the size of the order.
Please Note : Fastway can ONLY deliver to a street addresses not to a PO BOX
For spare parts and small items that you are needing fast we will send via Express post so that you will get your items in the quickest time.
Expensive and larger items we will sent registered with insurance cover at your request. Due to the different sizes and weights of our products shipping will be quoted for before your order is processed and sent out.
Returns
Please contact us for consent before returning an item back to us.
If the item you wish to return is not operating as it should,but has no apparent damage then this is considered defective.This type of return will vary depending on the product.
Defective items may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition for warranty repair or replacement.
We do not accept items for return or warranty that have been miss used or not operated correctly as per the manufactures instructions. This will also include using incorrect fuels used in our engines, (please ask us if you are unsure).
For our kit products that need to be assembled we cannot be held responsible for stripped screws or incorrect construction that may cause a failure as this is out of our control.
